分瓶螺杆的常用材質有三種：第 一種，國產(chan) POM和進口POM材質，常用的為(wei) 國產(chan) POM材質，優(you) 點是成本較低，特性是不易變形，自潤滑性能高，不會(hui) 劃傷(shang) 瓶子。進口POM特性屬於(yu) 國產(chan) POM加強版，但是成本較高，所以大多數人設計師在非必要情況下還是選擇國產(chan) POM材質。

第二種，MC尼龍材質，成本與(yu) POM相差不大，常應用於(yu) 衝(chong) 擊力較大需要耐衝(chong) 擊的環境，特性是耐衝(chong) 擊、耐刮擦，自潤滑性能好，耐磨，有些朋友遇到分瓶螺杆經常斷裂的情況下，可以嚐試使用下MC尼龍的材質；

第三種，PE材質，PE的成本方麵跟前麵兩(liang) 種相差不大，分瓶螺杆行業(ye) 裏用的比較少，PE材質最 大的特性就是耐磨，很多朋友反映分瓶螺杆由於(yu) 磨損較嚴(yan) 重需要經常更換，建議可以試用一下PE材質的分瓶螺杆。
